脆皮咸猪手



~脆皮咸猪手~


一只 猪手
半公斤  猪骨加猪腿肉
一包 药材汤包或肉骨茶汤包

调味料:
适量盐
适量味精


做法:

1.)猪骨和猪腿肉加药材汤包加入适量水煮成汤(大约90分钟)。

2.)猪手洗净去毛,然后用滚水川烫。

3.)把川烫好的猪手放入一个气压锅里,倒入(1)的药材汤,用气压锅煮40分钟。

4.)把煮软的猪手取出,滤干,备用。

5.)在一个锅里,倒入适量油烧热,放入猪手,半煎炸的把猪皮煎至脆,即可享用。
