简易白糖糕

~简易白糖糕 ~

材料A：
粘米粉300g，
食水275ml，
幼糖200g


材料B：
250ml 食水，
酵母1茶匙


做法：

1）把粘米粉和食水搅拌均匀，然后加入糖搅拌至溶化。

2）将材料B搅均匀后加入（1）里在拌均匀，用一片湿布盖着并让面糊发酵6小时。（发酵到第5个钟时，我放一杯滚水在它的旁边，我是在烤炉里发酵，没有开电和温度(⊙o⊙)哦）

3）把9寸模涂上油后预热5分钟，将面糊倒入，以大火蒸30 分钟。(蒸时我用锡纸包着，水就不会滴在糕上^^)

4.）等糕冷后用plastic刀切块。


~Easy Bak Tong Gou~


Ingredients(A)：Rice flour 300g，water 275ml，sugar 200g

Ingredients(B)：250ml water，1tsp Instant Yeast

Method ：

1.) Mix well ingredients(A) till sugar is dissolved.


2.) Mix well ingredients (B) and then pour into method (1) 

     mix well. Cover it with apiece of wet cloth and let it rest 

     for 6 hours.


3.) Preheat 9"greased mould for 5 minutes. Stir lightly

     before pour into steam tray. Steam over high heat for 

     30 minutes.
