Orange Muffin~ by Step Wong

120g 牛油(软)butter (soft)
70g 糖 sugar
2 鸡蛋(打散)eggs(beaten)
40g 橙汁 orange juice
1 橙皮(磨碎)orange zest (Grated)
130g 自发粉self raising flour
做法method:
1.)把牛油和糖打至松发。
1.) cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2.)加入蛋,橙汁,橙皮,粉轻轻拌匀.
2.) add in eggs, orange juice, orange zest and flour stir well.
3.)以190度烤15分钟或至熟。
3.)Bake at 190C for 15minutes.
