Lemon Chocolate Chips Muffin

材料：
120g 牛油（软）butter (soft)
70g 糖 sugar
2 鸡蛋(打散）eggs(beaten)
40g 牛奶 milk
1 柠檬皮（磨碎）lemon zest (Grated)
130g 自发面粉self raising flour
适量巧克力粒somes chocolate chips

做法method:

1.）把牛油和糖打至松发。
1.) cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

2.）加入蛋，牛奶，柠檬皮，巧克力粒和粉轻轻拌匀.
2.) add in eggs, milk, lemon zest, chocolate chips and flour stir well.

3.)以190度烤12-15分钟或至熟。
3.) bake at 190c for 12-15mins.
