Chocolate Muffin~by Step Wong

120g 牛油(软)butter (soft)
70g 糖 sugar
2 鸡蛋(打散)eggs(beaten)
50g 牛奶 milk
适量巧克力粒 some Chocolate chips
130g 自发粉 self raising flour
2 tbsp 可可粉 cocoa powder
做法method:
1.) 把牛油和糖打至松发。
1.) cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2.) 加入蛋,牛奶,可可粉和自发粉轻轻拌匀.
2.) add in eggs, milk, self raising and cocoa powder stir well.
3.)上面洒上巧克力粒。以190度烤15分钟或至熟。
3.) Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.Bake at 190C for 15minutes.
