Chocolate Cheese Brownie
蛋糕体 cake:
180g 牛油 butter
110g 糖 sugar
3粒 鸡蛋(打散) eggs(beaten)
40g 可可粉 cocoa powder
120g自发面粉 self raising flour
20g 牛奶 milk
上层 topping:
250g 乳酪 cream cheese
60g 糖 sugar
1粒 鸡蛋 egg
做法method:
1.)把牛油和糖打发加入鸡蛋打匀。加面粉,可可粉,牛奶拌匀。
1.) Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and creamy. Add the eggs and continue beating. Add in milk and sift in flour mix well.
2.)倒入铺了油纸的 8“四方模。偹用。
2.) Pour into a greased 8" square mould.
3.)乳酪和糖打幼滑加鸡蛋打匀。倒在蛋糕糊上面。
3.) Beat cream cheese with sugar till smooth,add in egg,continue beating till well combined.Pour cheese mixture over cake mixture.
4.)用一支快子在蛋糕上轻轻画成大理石图案。
4.) Use a skewer for marble surface.
5.)以预热烤箱160C,以蒸烤方式,烤60分钟或至熟。
5.) Bake in preheated oven 160C, steam bake for 60 minutes or till cooked.
