Oreo Walnut Butter Cake





Oreo walnut butter cake


250g Butter 牛油
230g Brown sugar 黄沙糖
5 Eggs(A) 鸡蛋
300g Self Raising Flour 自发面粉
2 tbsp Milk 牛奶
1 tsp Vanilla Essence 香草精
1pkt Oreo Biscuit (chopped) Oreo饼(切碎)
50g Walnut (Toasted & chopped)核桃(烤香和切碎)


Method 做法:


1.) Cream butter and sugar until creamy.

1.)把牛油和黄沙糖打至松发。


2.) Add in eggs one at a time, creaming well after each addition.
2.)把鸡蛋遂粒加入拌打均匀。


3.) Fold in half of the flour,milk,vanilla, Oreo biscuit and walnut mixture till combined. Fold in the remaining mixture till well mixed.
3.)把半份的粉,牛奶,香草精,饼干碎和核桃碎加入拌匀后再加入剩余材料拌匀。


4.) Pour cake mixture into a lined 10"round baking tin.

4.)把面糊倒入已铺上油纸的10”模。


5.) Preheat oven 180C bake for 45-50 minutes/ until cooked.

5.)送入预热烤箱,以180C烤45-50分钟或至熟。
